Panel discussion

International Women’s Day highlights that men and women can equally help in shaping up the society. This year’s theme “Choose to Challenge” focuses on celebrating women’s achievement, raising awareness against being biased and taking action for equality.
Having this in mind, IEEE Women in Engineering Sri Lanka Section has organised a panel discussion on opportunity awareness and equality in the filed of information security, for an inclusive workplace for everyone.
The discussion will focus on how pandemic has also contributed towards the rise in cyber attacks and the need for a diversified team highlighting the equal opportunity for women and men.
